Yes and yes.
Do you have any studio apartments for rent and if so what are the requirements to move in?
As I type this, we have one studio available, but normally we are full. Monthly arrangements are typically 800 per month for the studio with a 500 security deposit, so 1300 to move in. Call my manager to see if we are still offering weekly arrangements – we are not sure if we will continue that long term. We prefer monthly arrangements and even now a weekly arrangement requires a strong application.
