Here’s a quick update on some of our aesthetic features:

So the predicted temps as we dove into December and January were pretty mild, so we decided we would leave the water fountain up until we saw some serious winter temperatures on the horizon. As of this writing, the fountain is still up and it generally looks quite nice after several days below freezing.

We enjoy it quite a bit…

So we have been working all summer on making our little community more and more attractive. Lots of plants, trees, and this fancy water fountain. It stands about 9 feet high and runs all day long. Quite a piece.

So spring is upon us and I am eager to share with you our beautiful landscape in a more abundant season.

Took longer than we thought, but that’s usually how it goes when you do things right.

Just like the last one, everything here is brand new.

So I wanted to let you all know that we currently have a redone efficiency available now and will have new 1-bedroom units available before the end of April.

These units are moving quickly, some are committed before they are even finished. So stop by and fill out an application today!
